Members of RMC became actively involved in the mortgage banking community including the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association (CMLA). The founding members of the firm, Ken Richey and Keith May, were awarded their Certified Mortgage Lender (CML) designation from the CMLA. Members of the firm are frequent speakers for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA) on profitability enhancement and secondary marketing strategies.
Due to a growing need for more specialized mortgage consulting services, Richey May Baldwin, LLC (RMB) was formed in 2005 to meet the needs of a growing industry. Earl "Doc" Baldwin joined the firm as the managing partner. With over 30+ years of experience as a mortgage banker and consultant providing consulting services to the mortgage industry, Doc Baldwin and his team focus on increasing profitability and enterprise value.
