Nathan joined Richey May in 2004 after spending the first two years of his career with a professional marketing services firm. He leads Richey May’s overall practice growth strategy, including business development, industry niche and service line development and marketing. He also actively consults and works with the firm’s mortgage banking clients, having led the mortgage banking practice from 2007 to 2016. He maintains an active role in the mortgage industry and is a regular contributor to the firm’s mortgage banking technical literature, including client memoranda, white papers and industry presentations.
Under Nathan’s leadership, the firm has averaged approximately 20% organic growth annually, doubling in size three times since he joined the firm. The firm has become a recognized leader in providing specialized audit, tax and advisory services in the industries it serves. The firm has also consistently been recognized as one of the fastest growing firms in the country, and has been named a Best of the Best Firm by Inside Public Accounting several times.
Nathan grew up in Southern California and attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He currently lives in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with his wife Heidi and their three children. When he’s not at the office, Nathan spends as much time as possible with his family and enjoys traveling, as well as mountaineering and mountain biking in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
